  • Orders are delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm CET, Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12pm CET on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.
  • As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • All import taxes and duties are included in the price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at dhl.com.

Your order will be shipped with DHL On Demand Delivery. This delivery service offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your order is on its way to you.

Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS updates about your order, and get the flexibility to: reschedule your delivery, place your shipment on hold if you are away from home, or to arrange to collect your order from a DHL service point.

We currently offer On Demand Delivery (ODD) to the following destinations:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, UK and Ukraine, and outside of Europe, UAE and South Korea.

If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address DHL will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
